Strange error messages

As many of you may have noticed, this website is spitting out strange error messages at the top of the page quite often.  Also, we're getting (way too frequent) occasions where our site can't properly connect to its database.  This is because we're currently having an issue with our web host, which we hope will resolve itself soon.  If not, we will be migrating web hosts in the near future (although probably after midterms).  Please bear with us during these messages and errors.  Understand that we're doing our best to fix the problem in a timely manner.  We hope that you will continue to use this site despite the errors, and we apologize for any inconveniece they cause you.  Please bear in mind that they seem to follow no rhyme or reason, so if you're writing up something to post on here, please back it up before you submit it (just in case something does not go through).  Thanks a lot, and we'll keep you informed!

Step 1 Surveys from M3's

Hey all,

Here are the final versions of 3 files. 2 are surveys I made (one for Path, one for Step 1), and the 3rd is a great huge document on Step 1 given to me by an M3. Hope they help.

Step 1 Advice

The following is posted on behalf of Marissa Le c/o 2010 concerning prep for the USMLE Step 1:

This link is to an online guide book by med
students for med students- it has practically all the advice you'd want
for Step1- check out the table of contents, it has advice about which
books/sources, and subjects are highest yield for studying.  Also check
out "what's available" for sample tests that will give you an accurate
assessment of what you would score- and what subjects you are weakest
on, and when to take these assessments.  Check it out- or at least save
this to look at later.

...also
Kaplan Q-bank and USMLEworld are both good.  I had both, Kaplan seemed
more nit-picky than the real test, and world is cheaper.  ... also you
don't really need it until you are really studying for the boards- so
you can save by just buying it for 30 or 60 days.

Thanks Marissa!

Not sure if all the equations are on this, but it is a nice little review I think.
