Pharmacology has now been added to Palm Notes, using some Kaplan flashcards as a base, then adding a few drugs along the way. This definitely makes reviewing so much more convenient!
Now Palm Notes cover Pathology, Pathophysiology, Microbiology, Psychopathology, Statistics, and Pharmacology. The major gaps: It does not really cover the sections before the organ systems in Path, and goes over the immunologic diseases in First Aid fashion.
I made countless edits to the Palm Notes since the last release. I just took the Surgery shelf exam, and it inspired me to add important things that were covered in that exam, as well as make important edits that had been rather overdue. I revamped the esophagus, stomach, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas sections. I got busy correcting the sections on ascites, SAAG, pleural effusions, adding murmur classifications, osler-weber-rendu, asthma classifications and treatment, hyperlipidemia intervention, developmental milestones, Boerhaave's syndrome, H. pylori tx, breast exam, skin section, and others. This still a work in progress, battle-tested in the field and tweaked and modified in between fights and confrontations.
